Questions

What does 200 pixels per inch mean?

It is how many pixels of your photo are used for each inch of the print. At 200 or more, a print looks sharp even close up. Below that it can look soft or blocky, especially when you stand close.

How do I know my photo's size in pixels?

This tool reads it for you when you choose the photo. On a computer you can also right-click the file and open its properties or details.

Is my photo uploaded or stored?

No. The photo is read on your own phone or computer and is never sent to us. Only the pixel size is used.

Why is my photo smaller than I expected?

Photos sent through WhatsApp or social media are usually compressed and made smaller. If you can, send us the original file from your camera or phone gallery.

What does "trimmed to fit" mean?

Photos and prints have different shapes. To fill the print without stretching your photo, a little of the edges is cut off. The checker shows roughly how much.

My photo is too small for the size I want. What can I do?

Choose a smaller size, or message us on WhatsApp with the photo and we will tell you what will work.
